Legality of pre-owned and resold software licenses

We sell genuine software license keys. Within the European Union, the resale of licenses for software that was originally acquired for permanent use is lawful under the exhaustion principle, as confirmed by the Court of Justice of the European Union in UsedSoft GmbH v Oracle International Corp. (Case C-128/11). Each key we sell is a genuine product key for the named software; we are not affiliated with the software publishers, and all product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
