2. Data we collect

  • Order data: name, email address, billing address (including country and, for businesses, VAT / tax ID), the products ordered and the amount paid.
  • Account data: email address, name, saved billing details and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Messages: content of chat and contact-form messages you send us.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
  • Technical data: cart contents and login session stored in your browser, and anonymous visit statistics.

3. Why we use your data (legal basis)

  • To process your order, deliver your license key and issue the invoice — performance of the contract.
  • To keep accounting records — legal obligation.
  • To answer your questions and prevent fraud — our legitimate interests.
  • To send you our newsletter — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.

4. Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers needed to run the shop: our payment provider (card payments), our email delivery provider, our invoicing provider, and our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf and only for those purposes. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are located outside the EU/EEA. Where this is the case, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Retention

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@kulcskolosszus.hu. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use only the browser storage needed for the site to work (cart, login session, language and currency preference) and anonymous visit statistics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this website.
