Our guarantee

Every license key we sell is genuine. If a key does not work, we will make it right.

Digital content and withdrawal

License keys are digital content delivered electronically. Because delivery starts immediately after payment with your express consent, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the key has been delivered. This does not affect the guarantee described here or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

If your key does not work

1. Double-check that you are entering the key exactly as shown and that it matches the product and version you bought.
2. Follow the installation and activation guide linked in your order email.
3. If it still fails, email hello@kulcskolosszus.hu with your order number and, if possible, a screenshot of the error message.

We will investigate promptly. If the key is faulty, we will send a working replacement key or refund the order. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Processing time

We usually reply within one business day. Refunds are issued as soon as the claim is confirmed; your bank or card provider may need a few further business days to show the credit.

Not covered

Refunds are not available where the key has been activated and works as described, or where the problem is caused by incompatibility that was stated on the product page.
