2. Scope and definitions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website. Consumer means a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession. Customer means any consumer or business placing an order. License key means the product key, delivered electronically, that is used to activate the purchased software.

3. Products

We sell genuine software license keys and related digital products. Product descriptions, system requirements and the number of devices covered are shown on each product page. Please check compatibility with your system before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site (EUR or USD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is shown on the invoice. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout; card payments are processed securely by our payment provider and we never see or store your full card details.

5. Order and delivery

A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and we send you the order confirmation. License keys are delivered electronically by email to the address you provided, normally within minutes. You can also view your keys in your customer account. Please check your spam folder if you do not see our email, and contact us if it does not arrive.

6. Invoices

An invoice is issued for every order and sent by email. If you are ordering as a business, enter your company name and VAT / tax ID during checkout so that we can issue the invoice correctly. Invoice details cannot always be changed after issue.

7. Right of withdrawal for digital content

License keys are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By placing your order you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the key and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national rules). Our voluntary guarantee below is not affected by this.

8. Guarantee and faulty keys

We guarantee that every key we sell is genuine and can be activated. If a key does not work, contact us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you in accordance with our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Permitted use

Keys are licensed for use as described on the product page. Keys must not be resold or published by the Customer unless the applicable license terms allow it.

10. Complaints

Please send complaints to hello@kulcskolosszus.hu. We will investigate and reply within a reasonable time, normally within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
